The Cultural Exchange

The Solution Collective (LLC) is an arts and media company located in Orlando, Florida, founded by Victorious McLeod. The company seeks to increase the positive representation of black media and increase awareness about the importance of black creatives in the United States and the world at large.

Our goal is to create compelling BIPOC arts and media for consumers interested in culturally authentic stories. The services planned are creative consultation, marketing, premiere events, exhibitions, and fundraising. Branded T-shirts and stickers will be available for purchase from the business.

A deeper issue that necessitates investigation into organizational rules and procedures is the absence of racial diversity in the arts sector. According to a research report released in 2019 by Americans for the Arts, 82% of those working in the arts are White. In the past ten years, many cultural institutions and municipal governments have made commitments to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) and launched programs to boost the proportion of Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) who work in the arts.

The Solution Collective believes that everyone has a story that deserves to be told. The vision of founding TSC was to create a platform that would allow those without a voice to share their experience. To live that vision, TSC encompasses a group of individuals hailing from various cultures and socioeconomic groups. TSC serves as more than an arts and media company; it is a community. Black people represent raw ideas, passion, grace, and a powerhouse of creativity. Our services have been structured to give an overview of the impacts of these people and celebrate their achievements in the arts and media market.
